I love this app so much it is the best use of my extra time. Frightfully fabulous outfits and bejeweled styled game play! But with the last few iOS updates it will not open! The app needs a update so people who keep their phone up to date can play!

I like the game but ever since the iOS 9 update its screwy. My character wont show and it always says downloading content. Fix it please. I really like the game and I want to be able to enjoy it again

Loved the game but super buggy and now it wont load past the Mattel logo screen. Its been broken for 3 weeks now with no support or fixes.

it wont load, I just get to enjoy the Mattel screen with no further action! Its very cute, I just wish I could play it again. I had to delete it (I thought it would be like Sims Freeplay, where if you delete it everything gets restored) and nothing came back. Not even the 2.99 purchase I made. I guess I learned an important lesson from this, which is never buy anything on any mobile game ever again.

Since the last update, the game no longer loads. My daughter loved the game, but now she cant play it.

The clothes arent showing up and I cant even see it

The game itself is fun but there are a lot of bugs. All of the content wont load on my game. Like the story graphics in between levels wont load. And after you complete a chapter I cant continue to the next chapter unless I exit the game and enter again. Also the whole mall or dress up part of the game absolutely does not work at all. No graphics whatsoever. Please fix and Ill be happy to give this app 5 stars.

I will update this review when the problem gets addressed! As of a few months ago this game no longer works on any of my Apple devices where the game is linked to Facebook. I had no choice but delete and re-download to make it work. This causes all progress to be lost but at least you can play it again. Very unhappy. If you try to link Facebook it will freeze and never load again.

Glad this was updated! This truly captures the Monster High experience. Music is great and the effects add to the overall feel. More Monster High!

Its an addictive game but has some bugs. After the level is finished, the next button is misaligned and is partway under the social media icons. You cant get back to change your avatars clothing when you are in the story. Also you cannot skip the dialogue screens when you are retrying a level. Otherwise a good game.

This game is ok and I love monster high but it has to many bugs. For the life of me I cant even see my character or none of the outfits and accessories. Its upsetting and it needs to be fixed.

Very buggy. I cant see most of the bonus features such as my monster or unlock it past level 40.

I usually have allot of fun playing this game, but like a few other people who wrote a review, this time around it wont let me get past the Mattel logo, I dont know whats happening but I cant really play the game if I cant get to it.

have reported this before. I am playing this on an iphone and i have deleted the game and re-downloaded it 3 times as i was told to by the tech before. I am having the same issue. 1 my avatar is not even showing up. 2 dont tell me to delete it and reload it, after doing so. The issue is not resolved. 3 i do not know how to remove cookies or cash if there is such items on my iphone or ipad 4 I like the game very much. 5 i have this game on my ipad and it worked just fine till the update. Now it sits in the load screen. 6 the version on my phone is the newest one 1.273 that is what was available The version on the ipad has also updated itself to this version. Please help. Please fix the issue! I miss my game. :(

Im having a great time playing the jewel aspect of the game, but my avatar wont load, and neither will anything in the "maul". I keep trying to download the content, but it gets to nearly the end (over 4000) and then just stops.

I love this game so much but I cant see my character at all and when I go to the shop it doesnt show me character or the clothes I can buy for it. Please fix! :(
